新能源電動汽車充電樁溫濕度振動綜合試驗箱(Combined Temperature/Humidity/Vibration Test Chambers )產品優勢： 
可與垂直振動臺結合，也可與水平振動臺結合。
特殊皮老虎設計，防水性能佳。
電動升降臺設計，可延滑軌移動。
定值條件可設定時間： 0 ~9999小時59分鐘。
程式容量：可編輯120組程式×1500段,每段可設定時間0~99小時59分鐘，段數可任意分割,程式可自由相互聯結。
循環設定：可執行9999×999回次數循環,且可再切割出5組獨立之部份循環。  
控制方式：*進斜率控制邏輯，采智能型PID+SSR/SCR正逆雙向同步輸出。 
資料設定：觸控式對話框設定模式,操作簡易明確,內建目錄數據管理系統。
曲線繪制：實際運轉溫濕度曲線記錄、顯示;當程式設定的溫、濕度、時間資料完成,可立即轉成設定曲線。
 時間訊號：3組時式控制輸出接口,搭配10種之時間控制模式,方便執行外部驅動組件啟/停之時式規畫。
 終了溫度：在完成測試時,可選擇執行返回常溫之狀態,以利測試物取出。  
 安全檢知：全功能之系統偵測,確保機臺運轉安全.并可自動顯示故障項目。
 外部保護：獨立式超溫保護裝置,可設定受測對象的溫度上限保護。  
 通信接口：附RS-232及RS-485之標準通信接口裝置。

新能源電動汽車主要用于航空、航天、船舶、兵器、電工、電子、汽車及汽車部品、摩托車、通訊、科研院所、計量等行業確定電工電子產品、儀器儀表或其他設備在運輸、存儲、使用過程中的可靠性試驗。主要由溫濕度試驗箱配合相應振動臺而成，可獨立完成相應的溫度、濕度、振動試驗(垂直、水平方向)及三種因素的組合試驗。

measurement and other industries to mensurate the reliability of electric and electronic products, instruments and meters,  or other equipment in the 
transport, storage and using process. Mainly combined the temperature and humidity chamber with the corresponding vibration table. Could perform 
the appropriate temperature, humidity, vibration test (vertical, horizontal) and a combination of three factors test.

根據試驗目的、設置場所、試樣固定方法，選擇使用合理的試驗箱與振動臺的配合
方式。試驗箱與振動臺既可以配合進行復合試驗，也可分開進行各自的試驗。

通過高低溫(濕熱)試驗箱在軌道上移動，與振動臺進行配合。

 標準配合的兩種機型介紹
底面尺寸為600×800mm的042系列和1000×1000mm的102系列高低溫(濕熱)試驗箱作為標準配合系列。

 箱底面活動底板的結構方式
試驗箱底面采用活動底板的結構方式，以便于與振動臺更好的配合。

 對話式輸入方式的程序計測裝置
運用6.5英寸TFT彩色液晶顯示屏，采用觸摸對話式輸入方式。具有20個用戶可編輯程序，并內藏10個標準試驗程序。

連接方式  Way of connection:
  連接軸連接方式(垂直振動配合)振動臺通過連接軸伸入箱體內，與試驗箱實現配合，達到復合試驗的效果。
Connecting through linking shaft(vertical vibration cooperation)
The vibration table enters the body of the chamber through the 
linking shaft to cooperate with the chamber and achieve the 
effect of compositive testing.
